Reception

The Reception operates 24h. For anything you need, please dial 0.

  • Check-in time is at 14:00.
    Earlier Check-in is available in case there is availability.
  • Check-out time is at 12:00. Late Check-out is subject to hotel availability. Please have in mind that late check-out may include a fee. Contact the Reception or the Concierge for more information.
Concierge / Guest Relations

Our guest relation / concierge is available during the day to assist you with anything that you might need during your stay.

For any information you may need or requests such as:

  • Arranging transportation and excursions
  • Information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, recreation, etc.

Luggage Storage
If you need your luggage stored, please head down to the reception area and we can store it for you at the luggage room.
Non-Smoking Hotel

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in rooms or in public hotel areas. 

The hotel has an outdoor smoking area on the ground floor next to the lobby.

Library

The library is located on the ground floor, a dedicated space next to the lounge. Enjoy a range of books in this lounge at any time during the day. 

Daily newspapers & magazines are also available.

Free Wireless Internet Wi-Fi 6 is available throughout all hotel areas & rooms. 

Find the access voucher written on the Hotel Passport you received along with your card at Check-In.

Conference Centre

Our conference centre halls are very well equipped with audio visual equipment, flip charts and projectors. Each one can be set up as per your needs. Packages with breaks (food & beverages) are available.

Buiness Centre

Located downstairs in the Conference Center.

The business center is equipped with everything that you need to work, such as computers, copy and scan machine etc.

Printing & Scanning is free of charge. Secretarial services with additional charge is available upon request.

Charging your devices

In Cyprus, the standard voltage is 240 V, and the frequency is 50 Hz.

If you need any power plug adapters, please contact the reception.

Note: The magnetic card needs to be on the holder located at the entrance of your room to have electricity.

Each room is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating.


To adjust the temperature, please use the remote control panel on
the wall.


Be sure the magnetic card is in the wall, and windows are closed.

Housekeeping Service

Rooms are cleaned daily from 8:00am until 17:00pm. Sheets & towels are changed every second day.

  • A turndown service for the in–house rooms is also intended to be done from 17:00 until 20:00.
  • For no interruptions, please hang the ‘Do Not Disturb Sign’.

Safety Box

Please follow the attached instructions for using the safety box. In case of any problems, please contact the reception desk.

For bigger items, you may ask the reception to keep your items in our Big Safety Box.

Laundry Service / Dry Cleaning

For laundry services, please use the laundry bag and complete the form available with it. Just place it on your bed, or give it to reception for the laundry to be completed.

All laundry services require one working day to be completed. Available from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

For ironing services, an ironing board and an iron is provided in your room.

This menu is available in case you need a different pillow. Please contact reception, for existing pillows to be replaced between 7:00 – 19:00.

Complimentary bottle of water is available upon your arrival at the hotel. Please be advised that tap water is not safe to drink.

Inside the rooms there is a mini fridge at your disposal where you can place some of your items that need cooling.

Breakfast is served every day from 7:00 – 10:00 daily

at the 59 Knives restaurant.

  • Early Breakfast: Leaving to catch an early flight? Let us know and we will provide an early morning snack for you. Let us know at least 12 hours prior to the departure time.
  • Late Breakfast: Available at the Gallery Art Cafe from 10:00 – 11:30

* Please note that a Continental Breakfast can also be served as Room Service between the operating hours of 7:00-10:00 am daily, with a room service fee.

A multipurpose space, where you can drink your coffee, do some work, or even have people visit you.

The Gallery operates from 10:00 – 19:00.

Apart from serving late breakfast from 10:00 – 11:30am, it has a selection of drinks, snacks, and sweets. Please refer to our menu for more information.

Operates daily from 7:00am – 20:00pm.

The gym is located on the third floor.

Please take the elevator to the first floor and then the stairs to the third.

Rejuvenation Centre

The Rejuvenation Center is equipped with a Sauna, a Steam Bath, and a Massage Room.

Both the Sauna and the Steam Bath are located on the third floor next to the gym.

If you would like to use these facilities, please let us know one hour before.

Parking Place

Our hotel does not own any parking places. However, we can offer limited parking places for those who request in advance. Please note that you are allowed to park in front of the hotel for 1 hour only.

Alternatively, there are two other parking places nearby:

  1. Tripolis Municipal Parking, located on Solomou Square (the nearby bus station).
  2. A private parking located behind the hotel.

Taxi Transportation

Taxi transportation can be arrange for you upon request.

Kindly note that the taxi requires around 5-10 minutes to reach the hotel. Please be advised that we do not undertake the payment for the taxi transportation.

You’re kindly required to pay your ride in cash directly to the taxi driver. Nonetheless, if you need to pay by credit card, please announce in advance.

There are three ways to get to the Airport:

  • Taxi Transportation
  • KAPNOS Airport Shuttle: This service has as starting point Kyrenias Avenue. In order get there, you need to take a taxi. For more information about timetable and how to book a seat please enter: kapnosairportshuttle.com
  • Travel & Express: this is a shared taxi service that picks you up from your location and takes you to the final destination. For more information please visit: travelexpress.com.cy

You can reserve a Taxi or a Mini Van with the Reception or Concierge in advance.

The Leventis Municipal Museum

The Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia is home to an extensive collection of Cypriot works. It includes archeological artifacts, costumes, photographs, medieval pottery, maps, engravings, jewels, and furniture.

The museum presents the history of social development of the city of Nicosia from the chalcolithic period (3000 BC) to the present day.

The Cyprus Museum

The Cyprus Museum is the oldest and largest archeological museum in Cyprus. The museum houses artifacts discovered during numerous excavations on the island.

The museum is home to the most extensive collection of cypriot antiquities in the world and is located on Museum Street in central Nicosia. Of note is that only artifacts discovered on the island are displayed.

Ledra Street

Ledra Street, named after the ancient city-kingdom of Ledra, is Nicosia’s main shopping street. It begins in Eleftherias Square and runs from south to north, with a portion of it located within Turkish-occupied Nicosia.

Ledra Street is always humming with activity. Coffee shops, boutiques, bookstores, and restaurants line the edges of this pedestrian-friendly boulevard in the heart of the old city.

Liberty Monument

Just a few minutes away from Famagusta gate and opposite the old aqueduct, the Liberty Monument draws in crowds wishing to get a better idea of the island’s history.

Erected in 1973 to honor EOKA fighters in the 1955 -1959 liberation struggle, the large monument consists of several statues symbolizing liberty as two EOKA fighters pull to open a prison gate, allowing cypriot prisoners, peasants, and clergy to escape the British rule.

Faneromeni Church

Built in 1872 within the old city walls, this imposing church presides over the surrounding square, while the area around it forms a hub of activity as people enjoy sitting at the cafés surrounding the church.

The Fairy Tale Museum

The Fairy Tale Museum invites young and old to the magical world of fairy tales. The red thread of oral tradition unravels at the Fairy Tale Museum and fairy tales, myths and legends meet the written word of children’s literature and invite us on a magical journey through culture and tradition.

Cyprus Classic Motorcycle Museum

The Cyprus Classic Motorcycle Museum is dedicated to the history of motorcycles between 1914 and 1983. The collection consists of more than 400 motorcycles. The museum was created in 2000 by Andreas Nicolaou. It is the biggest motorcycle museum in the Middle East.
